The seminar features Ms. Dora VONG, who has nearly twenty years of experience in the international banking industry, to share her professional knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as corporate lending, cross-border financing, credit analysis, risk management, and corporate client relationship management.
Through Ms. VONG’s detailed explanation of the operational workflow within a corporate banking division—including loan structuring, the 5C credit analysis framework, credit approval procedures, loan documentation, and post-lending management—students gain an in-depth understanding of how banks support corporate operations and major economic activities.
